These Terms of Service govern your use of the Production Bets website at productionbets.com and the sports analysis, picks, newsletters, memberships, and community content we provide. Please read these terms before using our services. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Eligibility and responsible use

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. You must also meet any higher minimum age and other requirements that apply to any wagering activity in your location. Access to our content does not establish that gambling is legal or appropriate for you. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply to you.

Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. Do not use sports picks as a source of guaranteed income or as a way to recover previous losses.

2. Sports information and risk

Production Bets provides sports information, analysis, opinions, and predictions for informational and entertainment purposes. Our content does not place wagers for you and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

Every prediction can be wrong. We do not guarantee wins, profits, returns, or any particular outcome. Past results, model estimates, confidence ratings, and examples do not guarantee future performance. You make your own decisions and are responsible for any wagers you choose to place.

3. Accuracy, timing, and availability

Odds, lines, injuries, schedules, statistics, and other information may change after publication. Information from third-party sources may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. A price or wager described in our content may not be available when you view it.

We may correct errors and update content. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular number of picks, or delivery before a particular event unless that commitment is expressly included in the offer you purchase.

4. Memberships, trials, payments, and cancellations

For paid services, review the price, billing frequency, trial duration, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and refund conditions displayed with your selected offer before completing checkout. Those purchase-specific terms form part of your agreement with us.

If you expressly authorize a recurring subscription, it renews according to the terms shown at checkout until you cancel. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the conversion date and price must be disclosed in the offer you accept. Use the cancellation controls provided by your purchase platform or contact us for help locating them.

Purchases processed through Whop or another third-party provider are also subject to that provider's applicable terms. Refund eligibility is determined by the offer you accepted, the purchase platform's applicable rules, and any rights provided by law. These terms do not create a blanket no-refund policy or remove mandatory consumer rights. A losing pick does not, by itself, establish a refund entitlement unless the offer you purchased provides one.

5. Accounts and community conduct

Provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing a membership. Keep your login credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not use our services to harass others, impersonate another person, distribute unlawful material, send spam, interfere with systems, bypass access controls, or misrepresent our results. Do not share paid access or redistribute paid content without permission. Community participation is also subject to the rules of the platform hosting that community.

6. Content ownership and permitted use

Production Bets and its licensors retain their rights in the original text, graphics, branding, analysis, and other materials they provide. You may view and use content you lawfully access for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may share links to public pages.

Except where permitted by law or with our written permission, you may not sell, republish, commercially exploit, or distribute our original content or paid materials. Third-party names, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms restricts lawful criticism, reviews, or uses protected by law.

7. Third-party platforms and social media

Our services may link to or be delivered through third-party platforms, including Discord, Whop, and social media services. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Production Bets is not endorsed by or affiliated with a third-party platform merely because we use it or link to it.

Any permission to access a social account must be granted through the relevant platform's authorization process. These terms do not, by themselves, authorize us to access an account or publish on your behalf. You may manage or revoke permissions through the applicable platform's settings.

8. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle personal information. These terms do not replace that policy or the privacy policies of services you use independently.

9. Service limitations and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our informational content is provided as available, without a promise of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the performance of third-party services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Production Bets is not responsible for losses arising from wagering decisions you independently make based on our content, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-excludable rights and remedies.

10. Restrictions and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these terms, protect users or systems, or comply with law. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Suspension does not remove any refund or other rights you have under your purchase terms or applicable law.

11. Changes and questions

We may update these terms and will identify changes by updating the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel. Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively remove rights associated with a purchase you already made.
